Secur-Serv Propel Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 13, 2021
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to Secur-Serv Referral Program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral to Scantron for its products and services for use by a potential customer and otherwise participating in the Program, you (“Referrer”) agree to and are bound by these Terms.
Definitions:
Referrer or Referring Organization: You, a current customer of Secur-Serv
Referred Organization: An organization that is not a current customer of Secur-Serv or an existing lead in Secur-Serv’s system.
Products & Services. Includes Hardware Maintenance, Managed Print Services, affianceSUITE®, and labor costs for projects, third-party Managed IT solutions that includes labor performed by Secur-Serv, but excludes the Exclusions defined below.
Qualified Referral. A Referred Organization submitted by a Referrer via the online referral form at www.secur-serv.com and accepted by Secur-Serv.
Referral Credit. The collective amount of credit given to a Referring Organization for a Qualified Referral.
Referral Credit Exclusions. The Program excludes equipment and hardware, third-party products that do not include labor performed by Scantron (e.g. O365, M365, Endpoint Protection Services (Webroot, OpenDNS, Kaseya, SentinelOne), SOC/SIEM (Pratum, Arctic Wolf).
How the Program Works
Who is eligible: A Referring Organization must be a current customer of Secur-Serv, who refers another new company, a Referred Organization, to Secur-Serv to purchase Scantron Products and Services and who is a candidate for Secur-Serv Products and Services.
Who is not eligible:
A Referred Organization who (i) is already an existing lead in the Secur-Serv system; or (ii) a current Secur-Serv customer.
Referral Credit Upon Qualified Referral
In order to qualify for a referral credit, a Referring Organization must submit an eligible referral to Scantron via the online form. In doing so, the Referring Organization is eligible to earn a credit toward the purchase of new Secur-Serv Products and Services.
- Referral Credit is based on the # of employees in the Referred Organization, which at a minimum must be twenty (20) employees.
- Referrer will have ninety (90) days to use the Referral Credit from the date Referrer organization is notified of the credit.
- There is a cap on Referral Credits earned for a Qualified Referral at $2,500 a year.
- The Referral Credit is nontransferable.
Referral Credit Upon Closed Qualified Referral Business
When a Referred Organization opportunity has been closed at a value of more than $1,000, the Referring Organization is eligible for a Referral Credit. Referring Organization has thirty (30) days to choose one of the following Referral Credit options:
- Credit towards a new order of Secur-Serv Products & Services, to be used within ninety (90) days of Referring Organization’s notification to Scantron they are selecting this option. See the Referral Credit Exclusions above.
- Credit towards the Referring Organization’s next Secur-Serv invoice (not an outstanding invoice). There would be no Referral Credit Exclusions when using the credit towards an invoice.
- The Referral Credit is nontransferable.
A Qualified Referral must close within twelve (12) months to be eligible for a Referral Credit. There is no Referral Credit cap for closed Qualified Referrals.
Scantron reserves the right not to accept a referral for any reason at any time. Secur-Serv reserves the right to cancel the Program or to change these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The Program is subject to modification or cancellation at any time without notice at Secur-Serv sole discretion. Scantron accepts no responsibility for Referring Organizations policy to accept referral credits and or incentives.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SCANTRON OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVIE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF REVENUE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
