David Wellman is a transformational finance leader with over 20 years of experience driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and business growth in dynamic, high-growth environments. As Chief Financial Officer of Secur-Serv, David brings deep expertise in building high-performing finance teams, implementing robust tools and processes, and partnering with leadership to navigate complex transformations and prepare organizations for the next phase of scale.
A proven builder of both teams and infrastructure, David most recently served as Vice President of Product Finance at Kaseya, where he built the function from the ground up while driving key insights into product-level profitability and optimizing management of the company’s public and private cloud infrastructure. He previously spent more than seven years at Alorica, most recently as Vice President of Finance and FP&A, where he built a public company-ready FP&A function. Earlier in his career he held key positions at Broadcom focused on business unit finance, M&A, and advanced analytics.
Known for translating complex financial insights into actionable business strategy, David excels at fostering cross-functional collaboration and creating scalable financial operations that deliver sustainable value. His leadership approach centers on talent development, process optimization, and an unwavering focus on results in fast-evolving technology and service sectors.
David holds both an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California. A proud Trojan, he can be found cheering on the USC football team every season.
